Recipe: Overnight Oats

 Ingredients

-1 cup of rolled oats

-1 cup of milk

-2 tbsps almond butter

-2 tbsps of jam or jelly

-1/4 cup yogurt (optional)

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 banana, sliced

-blueberries

-1 tsp agave honey

-1 tsp cinnamon

-optional to add coconut flakes, nuts, or more fruit

Directions

-Place rolled oats in a jar.

- Add milk of choice or milk alternative to cover oats (if you like thicker oats, add less, around 3/4 cup)

– Add to the oat mixture next: We did almond butter, jam (raspberry) and our vanilla extract. 

-Mix everything together and place jar in fridge to sit overnight.

-In the morning, top with your fruit and cinnamon, drizzling with agave syrup. Enjoy!

*if you want the oats to be sweet, add agave or maple syrup in step #3 so it sweetens overnight!
