Recipe: Banana-Oatmeal Waffles

Gluten free!

Ingredients 

-2 cups gluten free rolled oats 

-1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

-1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract 

-2 eggs

-1 ripe banana 

-2 teaspoon of cinnamon 

-1 teaspoon baking powder 

Directions

-Blend all ingredients in a blender or a mixing bowl before cooking on waffle maker (or can be used as pancake batter)
